Refunds

OurImprint is operated by David Heslop in British Columbia, Canada. The site is ourimprint.ca.

The live preview and the small watermarked preview image are free.

A paid collection is the digital PNG and printing guide, charged at checkout in the currency shown, tax included only if Stripe shows it before payment. Essential is $19 CAD or $15 USD. Signature is $29 CAD or $23 USD. The charge appears as OURIMPRINT.

If the paid file cannot be downloaded, the charge was duplicated, or the file is unusable, email hello@ourimprint.ca within 14 days and David Heslop will refund that charge. A downloaded file that matches what was ordered is not refunded.

Closed the tab or changed devices after paying? Restore your purchase at ourimprint.ca/recover with your recovery link, or your checkout email and recovery code or Stripe receipt number, before asking for a refund.

A digital collection is a download only; printed copies are a separate order, covered below.

Printed copies

If you order a printed copy, it is made to order from your own design, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. If it arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email hello@ourimprint.ca within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it at no cost. If a printed order is refunded before it goes into production, we cancel the print.
