Our Imprint

Redeem a gift or restore a purchase

Have a gift code?

Enter the 16-character code from your gift certificate (like ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS) and leave the email blank. Your collection unlocks in this browser; then add your two ink fingerprint photos to make your heart. Gift codes are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Bought it yourself?

Closed the tab or switched devices after buying? Open the recovery link from your confirmation page, or enter the email you used at checkout with your recovery code or the receipt number from your Stripe receipt. Your collection unlocks again in this browser.

Your fingerprint photos were never uploaded, so we do not have them. After restoring, re-add the same two photos (and your names, date, and message) to download your files.

Still stuck? Email hello@ourimprint.ca with your checkout email and we will help.
