How it can look at home
Mockups use a sample heart made from the seller’s own ink prints. Rooms are illustrations. Choose a digital download, or a printed and framed copy shipped to your door.
Your file is made on this device. Automatic cleanup can remove faint or smeared detail, but it never draws new fingerprint ridges. Review the final file before printing.

What do I get?
A digital high-resolution PNG of your fingerprint heart plus a printing guide. Essential (CA$19 / US$15) is one composition with personalized and artwork-only versions in every print size. Signature (CA$29 / US$23) adds the Classic, Split, and Intertwined compositions, all in the colours you choose. Prefer it on the wall? Order a printed and framed copy shipped to your door.
Can I order a printed or framed copy?
Yes. After you add two prints, choose Get it printed: a matte print (5×7 CA$29, 8×10 CA$39, 12×16 CA$49) or a framed print in black or oak (8×10 CA$79, 12×16 CA$109). Shipping to Canada and the US is free and takes about 1–2 weeks. International shipping to the UK, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia and New Zealand is a flat CA$15 (import VAT or duties may apply). It is printed by our print partner, Printful, and includes the Signature digital files. Only the finished artwork is uploaded for printing, never your fingerprint photos. Custom prints cannot be returned, but a damaged or defective print is reprinted free.
How do I print it?
Print the PNG at home, at a local print shop, or through an online photo lab. The printing guide lists every print size so you can pick a frame first and print to fit. Matte paper keeps fine ridge detail readable.
What is the refund policy?
If the paid file cannot be downloaded, the charge was duplicated, or the file is unusable, email within 14 days and the charge is refunded. A downloaded file that matches what was ordered is not refunded. The live preview is free, so check it before you buy.
Are my fingerprint photos uploaded?
No. Photos, names, date, and message are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Checkout does not upload your fingerprint photos.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Make it with the other person’s ink print, then print and frame it or send the file. Because it is an instant digital download, it is ready the same day, even at the last minute.
Can I give it as a surprise?
Yes, buy a gift certificate. Tick “This is a gift” before checkout (same price, Essential or Signature). You get a printable certificate with a redeem code, valid for 12 months. They go to ourimprint.ca/recover, enter the code, and add their own two ink prints, so you never need their fingerprint in advance.
How do I make a clear ink fingerprint?
Use a washable, non-toxic, skin-safe ink pad, ink lightly, press down firmly onto plain white paper and lift straight up — do not roll — then photograph it flat in daylight. The step-by-step guide at ourimprint.ca/how-to-make-ink-fingerprints has a printable press-here sheet.
I paid but lost my download. What now?
Restore your purchase at ourimprint.ca/recover with your recovery link, or your checkout email and recovery code or Stripe receipt number.
Do you have a referral or partner discount?
Yes. A friend's referral link gives 50% off an Essential or Signature digital download, or 10% off a printed or framed keepsake (not shipping or gift certificates).
